New Grocery Store?

Watching the news the other day. They were talking about tearing down the Kmart in Elmwood shopping center (Jefferson Parish)..They go on to say that the shopping center is in talks with a grocery store to move in to the center. A grocery store that is not in Louisiana. What grocery store do y'all think would move in?
