Need advice on converting traditional Jambalaya to Pasta Jambalaya

I have a traditional 2-3 cup jamb recipe and would like to convert it to pasta instead of rice. I'd prefer to avoid adding cream if possible. Any suggestions?

You talking about pastalaya??
1 quart of liquid to 1 pound of pasta is the ratio I think.

Maybe the Jamb calculator? Not sure if there's a pastalaya conversion there or not

2 1/2 cups of raw rice weighs 1 pound. Use 1 pound of pasta instead of 1 pound rice. Use about 5 cups of liquid.
