Bought Prudhomme's Salmon Seasoning today and using it for the first time tonight. Are you supposed to cake this shite on like a blackening powder or just a liberal dusting?

I'd cake. I find his seasonings are not ridiculously salty so you can be very heavy handed with them.

Looking at the recipe on the back of the can you are holding it appears a dusting is in order.
