Fresh Market has a very wide assortment of dehydrated fruits and veggies, as well as other sweets, but I really like their dehydrated veggies and fruits.

These are addictive, not very high in calories either. 150 Calories an ounce, about 28 almonds.

quote:

stick with the almonds..they'll fill you up and the benefits are great.

try the produce sectino of the supermarket..sometimes they have bulk roasted almonds for like $7.

and yep..i'm addicted to the wasabi ones as well..i try to limit how often i buy those.

What I do is mix the plain roasted one with the Blue Diamond ones. I still get the flavor from the salted almonds, but at least its cut with the regular roasted ones. I mix about 2/3 roasted with 1/3 smokehouse salted. It's pretty good and save a little money as well as cuts back on the salt intake.

Go to Sam's and get the big one. It lasts me over a month.

Had these a couple of weeks ago, and they were excellent.
