You can also make it creamy by stirring the entire time after you add the pasta. The pasta water and fat from the meats will slowly emulsify.

Doesn't look good to me. I don't like spaghetti, I like tortellini or penne pasta.

I'd eat it but cheese does not belong in any sort of jambalaya type recipe. That's cheese pasta.
