For some reason, restaurants just never want to admit that they're outright shutting down .. It is always either "we're moving" or "we're remodeling" .. and 95% of the time, neither happens. Maybe that's just to keep the Auto Chlor rep from freaking out because his leased dishwasher is now locked in someone else's building ..
