More Allocated Whiskey: New Orleans or Metairie?

We were having a discussion today and came to the following conclusion:
No city gets more on-premise allocated whiskey than New Orleans, but Metairie might get more for retail sale. Zuppardos, Dorignacs, and Total Wine were the difference that we thought edged out New Orleans.
Would be interested to hear other opinions on this.

Alcohol in general I would say Metarie, high end whiskey I don't know if I could give an edge to either.
