I noticed last evening that the Mi Padres off of Ultima Plaza in Prairieville is now Mis Padres. Not sure if that means anything menu wise or ownership wise. Just found it curious.

The new one being built off 73 and I-10 is also Mis Padre’s. I always thought the Bluebonnet location was affiliated with the Airline prairieville location? I wanna say the Bluebonnet location was a Papasito’s at one point.

Perhaps it was called that but it certainly wasn’t the storied Texas brand of the Pappas family

Of course it wasn’t part of the Texas brand. But it was called Papasito’s and it was around 2004-2005

"Mis Padres" is actually correct Spanish. Probably just correcting that rather than making any big changes.

Yes, I think “mis” is plural which is consistent with Padres.

yep, they probably just realized that there was a screw up ... like correcting a misspelled word.
