Memorial Day Ribs - Air Fryer Edition

I like to cook ribs on Memorial Day.
Unfortunately, I'm an old fart with sciatica, among other things. This is sciatica:
Today's not the day to be running back and forth from the kitchen to the grill outside. Especially using a cane like I do. Just moving around the kitchen was excruciating.
So, I used my Cuisinart TOA-65 Digital air fryer oven.
Just in.
After 1st hour.
1:45 in, slabs flipped.
Finished product.
Liquid Smoke in the sauce. I used a time and temp I found online, but it was too hot (250F, 3 1/2 hours), and you can see the char in the 4th pic, before they were near done.
Ribs tasted delicious, but weren't as soft as I wanted. Will go 200F next time.

I will get flak for this, but if you are going to finish in the air fryer, a 30 minute pre simmer would probably fix your moisture issue.
