Any tailgate recipe ideas that can be made in advance and brought to the tailgate with no heating required?

homemade fried chicken. i can eat that stuff cold or hot when i'm drinking at tailgate.

The wife made this not too long ago and it was amazing. And, it's just as good (if not better) at room temperature than hot.

Pimento cheese...stuff into celery, cherry tomatoes, or just serve in a crock w/crackers.
