Recipe
Ingredients minus the fig's and Jell-O.

That's the ingredients all Ninja blended and mashed figs. The chipotle isn't in the recipe. So we just added two cans of the peppers and all the sauce from the can. We also added real strawberries.

Simmer it until it drips from the spoon easily and is dark red. About 20 mins once it starts to simmer.

Finished product. This jam is delicious for ribs about 20 mins before pulling them from the pit, wipe that on there.

Looks interesting. I’m trying to imagine the taste and I cannot comprehend the flavors together. Lol. I’m imagining pepper jelly but the strawberries are throwing me off.

So no sugar?

We do this every year. We give it out to friends. Also give about 20 jars to a local restaurants for him to use on some of his specials. We end up having about five for ourselves.
