Made my first Yucca

Got it from one of theose recipe of the week baskets my Girlfriend signed me up for. I am pleasantly surprised how easy and delicious it was.
Easy recipe:
peel a yucca
cut it up in 1/4 slices
place in in 1/3 cup of water and 1/3 cup of cocnut milk
boil for 15 mins
mash with fork
Taste like thai mash potatoes if there is such a thing.
really easy and "exotic" side for the super novice.
