Low Sodium Soy Sauce vs. Low Sodium Tamari Soy Sauce

Can anyone explain the difference in these two items? Just looking for explanation if they can be substituted for one another.

Tamari is a thicker, richer version of soy sauce with a broader flavor and more umami than regular. It doesn't have any wheat fermented in it, just soybeans. They can be substituted at your preference.
