Louisville Food/Drink Recommendations?

I'm heading to Louisville for a work conference in 2 weeks. I'll be staying downtown. Any places you guys recommend for lunch, dinner, or happy hour? Any great craft beer spots? I definitely plan on visiting Against the Grain.
I have an event at the Muhammad Ali Center, and I also plan to visit Churchill Downs and Louisville Slugger. I'm not a huge bourbon drinker, but I'm thinking maybe hitting up Evan Williams downtown. Good idea? Any other suggestions?

I'm a Lexingtonian and haven't been to Louisville all that often, but I'm a huge fan of Against the Grain and Goodwood breweries.
As for food downtown, Jeff Ruby's is a popular steakhouse. Against the Grain has decent food. Lots of folks love Hammerheads.
I can recommend Troll Pub under the Bridge as a good pub food and beer spot. I also HIGHLY recommend that you try out the Brown Hotel brunch buffet on Sunday morning.
It's the original spot for the Kentucky Hot Brown, an open-face sandwich with mornay sauce, turkey, bacon, tomatoes and cheese under the broiler.
It's a pricey buffet, but you won't regret it.

Jeff Ruby's is awesome. The sushi menu alone is worth the trip.
Down One Bourbon Bar is down the block and is a neat place to have a cocktail.
