Seen they have been gettin some love from the Triple D show on Food Newtwork TV.
Is it worth the drive from BR and have the lines to get in been 1+ hours ?

nope. it's a good place, but nothing to make a trip for. I live in the area and only go about 3-4 times a year. Overpriced food that has nothing to make it stand out from other joints. Again, good food, but nothing spectacular

I agree, we stop there about 4 times a year if we are traveling down I-12 in the morning. It's always good, but not worth a special trip from BR. It is a tad overpriced, but not too much, and I like the atmosphere.

If you want to know a place worth the trip, go to Mac's on Boston in Covington. It's relatively new, and it is a gem. We found it a few months back, and now it is a staple for us. Food is outstanding, plus they do $4 martinis.
