Kirk Martin slaughterhouse in Carencro 337-896-8223 can do whatever you need, get the hind quarters stuffed with sausage too.

In Mobile, I get mine from Rousse's. The butcher orders it for me on Monday, they get it in on Tuesday, and thaw it for me til Saturday morning. I do two or three a year so have a good relationship with the butchers. I'm sure you could get one from the store near you.

I inject with one of these

You may should be looking at a split half, you are going to need 15 hungry mofo's to need a whole pig.
