Just some tomato paste to give it a little more depth and color.
And, technically, there's no Cajun in my blood. 50% of it is Creole however.
I still refuse to put anything tomato in my gumbo. Check out my recent topic.

Here is mine...I use Golden Mushroom soup and it is delicious!!!
