Live Crawfish for Easter Weekend Question

Heading back home to Baton Rouge for Easter weekend and needed to get a few sacks of crawfish for that Saturday for friends and in-laws coming in. I've never bought crawfish on Easter weekend and wondered, if you have, if you had to pre-order in advance.
Heard the sizes/prices are decent his year so looking forward to it.

You'll probably need to preorder on wednesday or even tuesday if they take reservations that early

You can generally order a week out, and Saturday is the easiest day to get them.

Find a place open Sunday morning. Most people try and get them the Saturday. Lots of places are closed on Sunday. The ones open generally get fresh ones in Sunday morning.
