There's yet another restaurant breaking ground and attempting to stay afloat in the strip center adjacent to Walk On's. This time its a pizza joint. This article says that Izzo's owners are attempting to create a customizable pizza spot, similar to their burrito empire.
Interested to see if this model will work.

Not trying to be a dick, but isn't every other pizza joint in the world a "customizable pizza spot"?

Not in a way that is similar to the Izzo's burrito empire.
That being said, I'm afraid that until we can all smash them, pound them, fling them up in the air, and slide them into an oven, Kramer's vision will never be fully realized.
