Apparently there is one in Opelousas. Anyone know anything about it? They are opening a location in Broussard in the old Burger King building. Thanks.

Heard mixed reviews. More bad than good. Specifically about the boudin being mehhh

Before they started building it out I passed that place so many times thinking a specialty meat/plate lunch place should open there. I hope its good but I have no experience with them.

So I was going to try there plate lunch today for the first time and the door is locked and it says closed until further notice.
Anyone know whats up? Facebook page is MIA and the website has zero info.

I would see some but now on the big sign it says closed with the note on the door. Makes me wonder if they just shut down the whole operation or got bought out.
My conspiracy theory is Billy bought them out (selfish theory cuz id love one that close).
Isn't there a Linx on 190 right around Billeys in the springs?
They have the new location on Gloria switch and I49 and the one in Scott just off I10.
So this Broussard location would be on a main roadway (like there other locations) and be on the south side probably about as far away as all the other locations are from each other.
