create a steam oven to reheat, and it usually does a pretty good job. boil some water, stick it in the oven at around 275 and throw the steak in there until it warms up. usually takes about 5-10 mins. I do this for reheating most meats, and it works well enough. It's worlds better than sticking in the microwave

I know it's sacriledge to a lot of people but the key to reheating steak, or most anything, in the microwave is cut it into small pieces, put a wet paper towel over it and cook it on 50% power for 20seconds at a time depending on how much you have.
too many people don't realize that microwaves have more than one power level and 100% is almost always too much - better to go lower/slower
