Have a friend making the drive from NOLA to Houston tomorrow that is gonna put him in LC for lunchtime. He’s from NYC so he’s unfamiliar with the area. Anything open worth a damn for lunch? Certainly doesn’t have to be traditional Thanksgiving fare.....

Best bet is to hit Golden Nugget or L’Auberge. I’d go to The Country Club at Golden Nugget.
Both right off the interstate. The bridge construction has been suspended for Thanksgiving so traffic should be flowing freely.
