My wife is really in to shite like that and I kind of spent our anniversary drunk at the baseball park.

I have no experience with either one, but I think E's Kitchen and also the Kitchenary offer classes.

Rouse's in Youngsville does as well but it isn't one on one. It is free however.

E's is a demo, not hands on, but I went to a whiskey pairing one with Holly Goeting that was really nice.
