As much as we could, yes.
Mrs. Ziggy was sick before we got on the cruise (bad chest congestion, coughing) and that lasted the entire time. We had to visit the ship doctor on Tuesday night too, which wasn't cheap at all. Plus, we got really sunburnt the second day on the ship (yeah I know, we're fools...
) but the weather was great that day on the top deck and the drinks were flowing. Overall, even with her being sick, and the sunburn making us uncomfortable like a MF'er, it was still great to get away and go to those places.
If I had to go on another cruise and pick between NCL and Carnival though, it would be NCL for sure.
