Horrible jambalaya. It was more live the spiced rice shop…barely any meat

They sell it on every corner and grocery store

From what I understand, the husband and wife divorced about 15 years ago, and split the locations ownership between them. Some locations are run better than others because of that split.

The one downtown never reopened after Covid I don’t think. And the one on Perkins has been closed for a while.

They opened one on Siegen and it’s horrible. Tried the one in Pville last week and it was horrible too. I’ll stick with Rice & Roux.
