I've never tried this before and it was a big win:
It turned out well. I certainly recommend the mix, although I doctored it a bit with some fresh holy trinity, seasoned meats, chicken broth, etc...

Looks good. Have you ever used Oak Grove? That’s my lazy jambalaya go to mix. Wondering how it compares.
