yeah, i ate with the two owners of the lake charles location today....they told me they are only one of two franchise locations

I totally believe that cause no one that was an on site or interested owner would let a restaurant deteriorate like Izzos on Burbank has. The salsa used to be fantastic and it was ranging from tomato flavored salt to rotten tomato flavor for 2009. It made me miss Moes, who at least was a whole bunch more affordable.
