Made this the other night, really good seasoning, albeit it a little more heat than I like, next batch I’ll back off the cayenne. Anyone ever use it on anything other than cracklings?
6 tablespoons popcorn salt
6 tablespoons ground chile de arbol (or 3 tablespoons each cayenne pepper and smoked paprika)
3 tablespoons ground white pepper
3 tablespoons granulated garlic
3 tablespoons celery salt
3 tablespoons sugar

Assuming this is what he puts on his cracklins.
That shite is amazing.
Imagine it would give popcorn a kettle corn type flavor

Looks like a great recipe......I'd have to skip the sugar or find a substitute since I've gone Keto.

I make a lot of rubs and curious to try this but 9 TBL spoons salt?? 6 Tbs chili de Arbol?

24 tablespoons, nine of which are salt.
I guess this is more of a seasoning salt (like Lawrys) than a Cajun Seasoning type deal.
