I'm a big fan of Jinya. Get the Tonkotsu Spicy, ask for the hottest level and add an egg and Brussel sprouts. It may be better than the Hangover ramen at Umami, which was my go-to.

Umami's Hangover Ramen is the best Ramen around. I wish that was the most common Ramen around New Orleans.

Rockin Sushi on Perkins near the overpass has great ramen

Go to Saigon Noodle and try some Bun Bo Hue(spicy beef soup). It's less than $10.
