Glaze for any grilled meat (especially good with game meats and birds) applied in last few minutes- it burns easily.
Vinegarette salad dressing.
Melted and mixed with butter as a dipping sauce for grilled sausages and boudin-phenomenal. Also use as a dipping sauce for “poppers”
I make and use a shite ton of habanero jelly every year.
