i need a good easy cajun sauce for pasta and shrimp

I'm not crazy about pasta frozen in sauces. The pasta tends to get too mushy for my taste. Cooked shrimp doesn't freeze well either in my experience, though I don't know what you have in mind.

Brown 1 stick of butter. Take off fire, add 2 tbsp balsamic vinegar, finely chopped fresh oregano, grated fresh parmesan. Pour over pasta and shrimp. There won't be any left over to freeze.
