Probably tired of the constants posts of paying cheap prices for something and expecting gourmet quality. It's the current Food Board way

There are plenty of cheap fast foods that are decent to good. Being low cost is not an excuse to serve crap.

Tasting decent is not the same as asking for gourmet.

I like many of their products.
Their sweet tea is ok.. Honestly, I don't mind that stuff with a bunch of vinegar sprinkled on it, in fact, kinda, sort of like it, every once in while.. But, I know what it is, when I buy it.. It's gonna cost me between 3 and 5 bucks, give my order to someone that can't understand me, I can't understand them, might give me the wrong change, gonna be out in 30 minutes, don't need to leave a tip.. Heck, for his "worst fears" to happen, the dang building would have to catch on fire, or something...

Give me a break! If this was "worse than your worst fears", you've lead a sheltered life. You go into a fast food seafood establishment and pay 3 bucks for something and you didn't like it? Big deal, you sound like a whiney wuss. Next time, listen to your female intuition and not go into this place, or McD's, BK, or any of those places where your "worst fears" will be realized..

Forgive me for being a little overdramatic for the sake of interesting conversation. In this case my "worst fears" were that I would throw away $8.00 on some low-grade fried seafood that at least had a little salt for flavor. I mean, people eat there everyday, so it couldn't be horrible, huh? But this stuff was tasteless and greasy. I ate half of it and threw the rest away (I am not a picky eater, I almost always clean my plate). Even the french fries sucked. I had to go to Taco Bell down the road to get a chicken burrito to wash the flavor out of my mouth. A $1 chicken made my world right again.
