re: Hundreds sick from Fund Raiser Jambalaya

One of the things I read over the weekend was they found a bacterium that's common on raw poultry and meat. That seems to me some idiot did something stupid, like served the jambalaya with a spoon that came into contact with raw meat, or hauled it in a container that had previously held raw meat.

Lesson to all. Stop putting chicken in jambalaya
