From a nutrition standpoint it is great. Very good source of protein with a good concentration of glutamine and very little fat and carbs/ sugar. It took me a while to get used to the taste but now actually like the taste by itself. I also mix it in pwo shakes

One day I will a acquire a taste for it because i know it is nutritious, but now the only way I eat it is cottage cheese pancakes.

1/2 c oats, 1/2 c low fat cottage cheese, 1/2 banana, 4 egg whites, 1 tsp vanilla. Blend in blender and make some pancakes. Yum. Husband and I eat these after our long runs with some peanut or almond butter.
