How to reheat a burger

Sous vide at 100 degrees for 8 hours.

Toaster oven. Open it up, if there is lettuce or tomato, remove those. 400 degrees for about 6 minutes (preheat the TO). Works better than full size oven bc it is closer to the heating element.

You can't re-heat with toppings. I'd just heat meat and leave bread room temp

Yea, it worked perfectly. This was kobe beef burger from a nice restaurant. Very good.

Honestly your microwave will do a pretty good job. They’re under appreciated these days
