15 pounds of shrimp and 15 pounds of sno crab legs? Also any additional tips would be appreciated. I know how to boil crawfish and understand potatoes/trimmings etc. not as well versed in a large shrimp/crab combo, esp seasoning amount

I'd season water like I would for a sack of crawfish. Bring water to a boil. Drop in shrimp, stir, kill heat, drop in crab legs, stir, soak for 30 mins.

I'd use 3/4 container of the boil that comes in the big plastic jar.
Bring water to a boil, drop shrimp in, boil them till they float, when they floating drop the crabs in. Soak for 15-20 minutes. Crabs are already cooked do you just need to defrost them and bring them to temp.
ETA; watch for an air bubble between the meat of the shrimp and shell. Then cut the fire, that's normally right when they float as well.
