How long do oysters stay good in the fridge?

We shucked a sack last weekend... ate most and kinda forgot about the rest over the holiday. They've been sitting in my grandma's fridge. I'm not one to throw out food but I think oysters are probably not something to take risks with.

a week? i doubt they're good, per my oystermen friends. according to them, 2-3 days max (and on cold ice at that)
