Boiled crawfish tend to have a lot of sodium, but that number looks high. As far as cholesterol is concerned, cholesterol content in food like crawfish has little effect on serum cholesterol in the blood. And, in any event, when it comes to crawfish, who gives a shite?

Somebody confused eating 5 lbs. of crawfish with eating the meat which results from peeling 5 lbs of crawfish.
The way they used to do these measurements is to pulverize the food, burn it and see how much heat it gives off. Of course that doesn't account for the portion that the body does not absorb and just passes through. I think they stuck the whole 5 lbs of crawdads in the machine to get these results.
Of course they have much more sophisticated methods of doing it now, they Google it.

I once bet a guy $5 he wouldn't do this. It's amazing what some people will do for five bucks
I once saw a guy make a vodka drink mixed with the crawfish boil. And he drank it like any normal drink, didnt have to down it or anything
