Someone gave me a bunch of blends from Red Stick Spice recently. I’ve been using this on pork chops and really like it as a variation:
Red Stick Spice - sweet pecan rub

My extended family loves this dry rub approach:
salt ahead of time
then the dry rub mix:
1 tablespoon black pepper
1 tablespoon white pepper
1 1/2 teaspoons coriander
1 1/2 teaspoons cumin
1/2 teaspoon red pepper flakes
1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
salt ahead of time
then the dry rub mix:
1 tablespoon black pepper
1 tablespoon white pepper
1 1/2 teaspoons coriander
1 1/2 teaspoons cumin
1/2 teaspoon red pepper flakes
1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
