I was meaning I made a corned beef from a brisket which takes more than a few days, more like a couple of weeks. Then proceed from there to making pastrami.

i recently follow a guy that posts tons of bbq videos... its called how to bbq right and the dude's name is malcom reed

his latest video was a smoked brisket pastrami which i am going to try soon

he brined it for like 5 or 6 days
