Sweet Sorry for the humongous pics here, but how do you resize?

I was looking around to see if I had any pics and I found some:

Some of the seared salmon with some avocado and green bean.

Same thing rolled up. I put a little too much rice in this one.

Same thing cut up

Same type of roll, but just less rice in the middle with shredded crab stick on top

Here's two different kinds: one with crab, carrot, and green bean the other with smoked salmon instead

THis was an interesting one. I had a huge steak that i didn't finish so I saved some. I cut it in long strips and put in the middle with some sautéed asparagus and just a little of the crab stick. I call it the "Steak Dinner" roll

"steak dinner" roll just close up

So as you can see it's not professional looking but the most fun part is trying all kinds of different things. Most of the time it turns out pretty delicious as well

I've done it before and its a huge PITA. If you do, get the soy paper. The seaweed paper tastes like crap after it sits for a few minutes and there is no way you are going to eat it quickly enough for it not to
