I would only accept one that comes frozen rock solid. It’s sold like that for a reason right?

Do you want to trust Popeyes to properly defrost and reheat a turkey that your whole family is eating off of? Where was it defrosting (walk in cooler, on the counter, in water?) and for how long was it actually defrosted before reheating? How are they reheating? Who is monitoring internal temp? Once it’s reheated how long does it sit out?

Take the dang thing home frozen and reheat to 165 internal. Smoker, fryer, oven whatever

Used the air fryer on my ge cafe . Cooked it at 325 for about two hours to get internal temp to 160. Was delicious .
