Forgive me if this has been posted, but just wanted to say that there is some awesome food talent in Baton Rouge. Motto, who was in Top 4, just eliminated himself saying he wanted to take his knowledge and experience, and elevate the culinary scene back home in Baton Rouge. I hope someday I can go to The BR, maybe when OU plays there in the future, and experience the talent like Motto showed this season.

By the sounds of it, Motto has plans to open restaurants around BR in the future.
Also, Mansurs is dope. Especially those yummy oysters.

I think he would have been top 2 had he not taken himself out. Sounded like he wasn't ready to uproot from B.R. and move to Vegas.
