Hill Country Fare. I had bought it by accident a couple times. Now I don't even care which brand I get. they are both HEB brands.
Our favorite is the chicken thighs also. I usually get beef at restaurants but it is very hard to beat the HEB boneless marinated chicken thighs for fajitas.
My favorite fajita besides Pappasito's:
HEB boneless chicken thigh fajita meat
HEB fresh made tortillas
Goya refried pinto beans (original)
Onions sautéed in butter (very well - a little blackened is okay - adds flavor)
lettuce
tomato
guacamole
Taco Bell fire sauce
