I was given some today. Doesn't look bad.

How do y'all make this?

I've never heard of it, but I have an addiction to fresh corn, so I'm very interested.

I've had it. Always considered it as a novelty item. I found very little flavor in what I tried. Grandparents grew a lot of corn. I think that they would have used the silks if they could have

It's ok. I think it's mostly boiled corn cobs, sugar and gelatin.

I don't know about using the silks, but I make a stock with the cobs.

It's actually really delicious. Tried it last night on toast with some butter.

I think you'd like it Gris.

If it has a corn like flavor, I'm sure I would. I've never seen it. I'll be on the lookout for it at some farmer's markets. I'd love to try it.

Makes sense. Corn is sweet. Jelly preserves and sweetens already sweet things.

I'd like to try it.

I have tried it. I thought it was okay.

That's all I have to say about that.
