I’ve been studying Russian and have been networking with natives through WhatsApp and by other means to learn Russian. I’ve been told this is a pretty good dish.
Has anyone here ever tried it? Was it good or bad?

Yes. It’s their version of beef and veggie stew. It’ll keep you warm in a cold russin night. Then again, so will a Russian snow bunny

Yes, google says it is made of beetroot. I wouldn't like it. Two things I know I don't like are beets and kale. Probably the two best things for you too

Delicious with a big ole dollop of sour cream in it.

Beet, cabbage and beef stock soup with creme fraiche and dill... Yum!

I hate beets, but then again I've only tried the canned ones. Can't get past the smell. It literally makes me want to gag. I've never had a fresh beet though.
