Hard boiled eggs in the Instant Pot

I just found the absolute best way to cook hard boiled eggs. This will be my go-to method from now on. Cooked perfectly through and easy as hell to peel. Way easier than boiled on the stove and the shells come off clean and easy.
Put the trivet in the instant pot and pour in 2 cups of water. stack your eggs on the trivet. (I made a dozen) put the lid on and make sure the damn knob thingie is set to sealing. Press the steam button and adjust time to 6 minutes. After timer goes off, quick release the pressure by moving the knob to release. Put eggs in a pot and run cold water over them, then enjoy the magic of easily peeled perfect hard boiled eggs.

I did that for my wife a few months ago...... I enjoyed the appreciation.
