I don’t. I add it after I add the sausage right before it gets to boil. You’ll probably want to add a little salt too, though seafood magic has salt in it. I like to add a little time as well. Mainly just season to your liking. Just be careful not to over salt/season.

Oh, I forgot, also add 3-4 bay leaves when you add your stock.
