Anyone live in Los Angeles and tried their food?

Paul Harris went to Tara and played at Northwestern State. And I know his older brother Buckner.
If you live or visit L.A. support our fellow Louisianians.
And let us know how it is...the picture looks on point.

Was dismissed from the team after being suspended and reinstated another time. The good ol Bradley Dale Peveto days at NSU. Hasn't been much better but Peveto was an absolute disgrace.

They cook gumbo to order. I wonder how that works?

My guess would be they cook the strew/broth/soup without the protein. When someone orders a cup or bowl...they scoop out the strew...heat it up...add the protein (Shrimp take 3-4 minutes to cook)...viola!
Cooked to order.
Edit: But I will ask.
