Great Prime Rib recipe that works every time.

Ultimate Prime Rib Guide

I learned about this site last week. It's going to deliver, if you follow the directions.

No sous vide, no reverse sear.

This recipe is the real deal for anybody who wants to do a prime rib. And has times and temps for a seven rib or 2 to 3 rib roast.

Herbs de Provence with salt and pepper would be better. Maybe.
